The top third
Name, a short profile and your most relevant role should be visible without scrolling. That is often all a first reader sees.
Bullets with evidence
Each bullet should show an action and a result. Numbers help where they are true and meaningful.
Remove before adding
Old roles, generic skills lists and personal details rarely earn their space. Cut them first.
